Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and budget? Calavan Kia West is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team!

• Assist Spanish- and English-speaking customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads through phone, email, and in-person communication
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
