Lead regional sales and drive growth in the reefer/cold chain vertical nationally, while managing dry, OOG, and IMDG cargo regionally. Focus on revenue, market share expansion, and value-added logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
• Lead reefer/cold chain business development and intermodal solutions.
• Drive uptake of value-added services and new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
• Coach and lead the regional sales team, setting clear KPIs.
• Monitor performance, pricing, and compliance to meet growth targets.

Requirements

• Senior commercial and sales leadership experience within shipping, logistics, intermodal or cold-chain environments.
• Strong understanding of the Western Cape export and reefer market, including perishables and cold-chain dynamics.
• Proven ability to drive market development, new business growth and sales intensity at a regional level.
• Demonstrated people leadership capability within matrix-managed organisations.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability and execution focus.
