Internal Sales Representative

• Handling inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and webchat.
• Assisting customers by explaining products and guiding them through the buying process.
• Making outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
• Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and overall business goals.
• Providing excellent customer service to build strong, long-term client relationships.
