Location: Kempton Park
Position
Sales Manager (Ventilation and HVAC Industry) required by a manufacturing company in Kempton Park.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain business relationships with fire engineers, consulting engineers, quantity surveyors, architects / PQS’s, project management consultants, main contractors / roofing contractors, property managers / developers, local authorities, and end users.
- Market business relationships and mainstream marketing to the aforementioned stakeholders.
- Strong communication approach to all prospects, clients, and professionals in the industry.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Client strategy and planning.
- Demonstrate strong technical sales management and/or lead teams.
- Compile sales tenders, project proposals, and reports.
- Prepare costing sheets and approve ventilation design proposals and tenders.
- Lead a team to proactively drive technical customer decisions in a highly competitive market.
