Midvaal Recruitment is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven External Sales Representative to join a leading technical sales team based in Boksburg.

This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious sales professional with refrigeration and air-conditioning industry experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth.

Minimum Requirements
  • Matric (Non-Negotiable)
  • 3–5 years' Technical Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning experience
  • Proven external sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel and sleep out when required
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
  • Computer literate
  • Technical industry-related background
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • SAP experience advantageous
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness and sales acumen
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales through existing and potential customers
  • Identify and recommend products and services based on customer requirements
  • Promote current specials and product offerings
  • Maintain regular customer visits according to established call cycles
  • Cold call and develop new business opportunities
  • Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activity
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Utilise company systems, tools, and technology to maximise sales performance
