Location: Germiston

We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join a growing team in Germiston. These roles require confident communicators with strong relationship?building skills and the ability to engage professionally at both operational and corporate levels.

The Junior Sales Representative will focus on developing foundational sales skills and supporting smaller accounts, while the Senior Sales Representative will manage larger portfolios, negotiate at corporate level, and drive strategic business development.

Both roles require reliability, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Junior Sales Representative (1–2 Years)
  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer?facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Reliable and punctual with own transport
Senior Sales Representative (3–5 Years)
  • Minimum 5 years’ industry?related sales experience
  • Proven ability to negotiate at corporate level
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem?solving skills
  • Experience managing key accounts and closing high?value deals
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational ability
General Requirements (Both Roles)
  • Matric and/or Diploma / Certificate
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Clear criminal record
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
  • Reliable transport to and from the office
Preference will be given to candidates with
  • Experience in the hospitality industry (wine farms, hotels, restaurants, venues, etc.)
  • Exposure to corporates in the alcohol, hospitality, or accommodation sectors
  • Experience in high?end furniture retail or similar premium product environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate pricing and terms at both operational and corporate level
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Resolve customer queries and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry awareness
  • Represent the company professionally at all times
