Internal Sales Consultant

You’ll be part of a fast‑moving team where your main focus will be helping customers, handling enquiries, and supporting the sales process from first contact through to successful purchase.

• Respond to incoming customer requests via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
• Assist customers by explaining products clearly and guiding them toward the right solution
• Follow up on potential leads and assist with ongoing marketing campaigns
• Support the sales process by preparing and updating customer information
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the company system
• Work closely with the sales team to support overall targets and daily operations
• Always deliver professional and friendly service
