Introduction
Cholesterol Coach is looking for an experienced External Field Sales Representative to develop new business and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and corporate clients.
This is a field-based acquisition role. You will spend most of your time on the road prospecting, conducting cold visits, opening new accounts and converting opportunities into paying customers and Health Partners.
This is not an office-based sales, account management, internal sales, customer service or sales management position.
We are looking for a proven hunter with a successful track record in external field sales, cold calling, territory development and new business acquisition.
Candidates without proven external field sales and acquisition experience will not be considered.
The successful candidate must be self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and confident building a sales territory from the ground up.
Duties & Responsibilities- Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting and direct field visits.
- Identify, approach and convert new Health Partners and paying subscribers.
- Build and manage a sales territory through consistent customer visits and follow‑up.
- Present Cholesterol Coach and the Health Partner Program professionally.
- Conduct product presentations and basic platform demonstrations.
- Support new Health Partners during onboarding and activation.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities and opportunities.
- Achieve agreed sales and new business targets.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Minimum 4–6 years' proven external field sales and new business acquisition experience
. - Proven success in cold calling, prospecting, territory development and opening new accounts
. - Experience selling to healthcare professionals, medical practices or other B2B clients will be an advantage.
- Candidates without proven external field sales and acquisition experience will not be considered.
- Experience primarily in retail sales, internal sales, customer service, sales administration or office‑based sales roles will not be considered.
- Valid driver's licence (
copy to be included with CV
) and own reliable vehicle. - Willing to spend the majority of the working week on the road visiting prospects and customers.
R10,000 basic monthly salary plus commission on paid subscriptions generated through the Cholesterol Coach Health Partner Program.
