We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Springs. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong business relationships, and promoting our solutions portfolio, including IT infrastructure, communication tools, security systems, and solar solutions. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, providing tailored consultations to clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, deal negotiation, and client relationship management
- Good understanding of technology solutions
- Familiarity with business communication systems (e.g., VoIP) and security solutions (e.g., CCTV surveillance)
- Experience in promoting and selling solar products and energy solutions is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a target-driven environment
- Previous experience in B2B sales or a similar role within the technology or energy sectors is a plus
