• Results driven responsible teamwork planning and organizational skills problem solving ability to maintain high work standards at all times
• Open new Fitment Chain accounts in the Johannesburg market through active cold calling and prospecting
• Grow gross profit not just turnover against an agreed monthly target
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions
• Follow up on quotes and orders through to the close
• Monitor customer stock levels and spot new sales opportunities
• Resolve customer queries professionally and protect the account

• Matric essential
• Valid drivers license essential
• 4 to 5 years external sales experience selling into automotive fitment centers or tyre and fitment chains
• Proven record of opening new accounts and meeting gross profit targets
• Product knowledge of exhausts towbars shocks and suspensions
• New business hunter comfortable cold calling and prospecting
• Builds and holds strong customer relationships
• Negotiation and closing ability
• Sound automotive product knowledge
• Computer literate quotes orders basic reporting
• Persistence and persuasion
• Planning organising and self management
• Honest and hard working
• Stress tolerance and self control
