Sales Consultant – Maharani Tiles & Bathrooms (Ballito)

Maharani Tiles & Bathrooms is looking for an experienced and passionate Sales & Design Consultant to join our Ballito showroom team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tile sales who enjoys working with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors to bring projects to life.

• Assist customers in selecting tiles, bathrooms, and related products for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on leads and enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, designers, architects, builders, and developers.
• Provide product knowledge and design guidance to customers.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards.
• Process sales orders accurately and follow orders through to completion.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and design developments.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in tile sales (essential).
• Strong understanding of porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, and related tile products.
• Proven sales track record and ability to close sales.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confident working with quotations, measurements, and project specifications.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Computer literacy and experience using sales or ERP systems.
• Valid driver's licence preferred.
