Job Description - Sales Representative (Cold Calling & Commission-Based)

The Dedicated Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through cold calling, building client relationships, and closing sales. The successful candidate will also arrange and oversee product stalls in various areas and event management. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to meet sales targets.

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Promote and explain company products/services
• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Report daily sales to Directors.
• Analyse market strategies and implement ways to actively achieve sale targets
• Meet with potential clients and customers
• Arrange and organise event platforms to market products
• Oversee and delegate sales representatives at product stalls

• Marketing Degree or Diploma essential
• 8-10 years sales, cold-calling and / or sales management experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office)
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally.
• Own vehicle is essential
