Requirements
  • At least 4 years’ proven experience as a Key Account Manager in the food service and/or retail industry.
  • An established network of contacts within the purchasing departments of major food service and retail organizations.
  • A proven track record of success in key account management.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Highly goal‑oriented, assertive, and a hands‑on problem solver.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to support business decisions.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different regions.
Duties
  • Maintain and grow sales of the company’s products within the existing customer base.
  • Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities, and generate new business.
  • Prepare regional sales budgets and monitor monthly turnover against targets.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales KPIs.
  • Develop and present strategic plans to improve client performance and business growth.
  • Meet and exceed margin targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular market feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, objectives, and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure all client requirements and deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on sales leads.
  • Demonstrate and present products and represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain professional networks to enhance the reputation and presence of the company.

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
