Overview

The Sales and Lead Generator is responsible for identifying, attracting, and generating qualified leads to support business growth and revenue targets. The role focuses on prospecting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, supporting the sales pipeline, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads into business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
    Identify and research potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation:
    Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Lead Generation:
    Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate lead information.
  • Lead Generation:
    Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and readiness to purchase.
  • Lead Generation:
    Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with prospective clients.
  • Sales Support:
    Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.

Minimum Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years  experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or marketing.
  • Experience using CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media lead generation will be advantageous.
