Overview
To drive sustainable sales growth, maximise profitability, and lead the effective execution of sales strategies within the designated area through strong customer partnerships, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer partnerships to support growth and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and drive efficiency.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience in sales and business development; mid-senior level preferred.
- Full-time employment.
- Industry knowledge in Food and Beverage Services is a plus.
