Digital Sales Solution Representative

Busiquip Lesotho, in partnership with Konica Minolta, is looking for energetic, confident, and results‑driven Digital Sales Solution Representatives to join its growing team.

The role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, technology, and helping businesses adopt digital solutions.

• Promote and sell Busiquip digital solutions and services
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Meet with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Provide product demonstrations and clearly explain service benefits
• Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
• Prepare basic sales reports and customer feedback

• Minimum of a High School Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Diploma or qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or ICT (an added advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sales and negotiation abilities
• Confidence in dealing with customers and presenting solutions
• Basic understanding of digital products, online platforms, or business technology
• A self‑motivated and target‑driven attitude
• Ability to work independently

• Previous sales experience
