- Eastern Cape. The position is available on a permanent basis within the FSP, a Division of Icebolethu Group.

• Sales & Marketing: Drive sales initiatives and execute marketing strategies to promote Life Assurance products.

• Market Development: Actively identify, develop, and expand into new target markets.

• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clientele to ensure high retention rates.

• Advisory Services: Provide compliant financial advice and intermediary services to clients.

• Grade 12 / Matric
• 2–3 years’ experience in Financial Services
• Degree/diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven success in marketing Life Assurance
• Clear ITC check
• Clear criminal record
• RE–5 or RE-1 qualification (advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and business skills
• Strong ethical and moral values
• Good time management
