The Salesman is responsible for promoting and selling automotive parts and related products to customers while delivering excellent customer service. The Salesman also ensures accurate product knowledge, assists with stock management, and contributes to the overall profitability and reputation of the business through professional and efficient service.

• Product Knowledge:
  Develop a deep understanding of the automotive parts and accessories sold in the store, including their specifications, compatibility with various vehicle makes and models, and their functions.
• Customer Assistance:
  Greet customers as they enter the store, assist them in finding the right parts, and answer their questions regarding product compatibility and installation.
• Identify Customer Needs:
  Listen to customer requirements and diagnose their vehicle issues to recommend the appropriate parts or accessories. This may involve using diagnostic tools or examining the customer's vehicle.
• Quoting Prices:
  Calculate and provide accurate price quotes for parts and accessories, including any discounts or promotions available.
• Order Processing:
  Handle customer orders, process payments, and arrange for delivery or pickup as needed.
• Warranty and Returns:
  Explain warranty terms and return policies to customers and assist with warranty claims or returns when necessary.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers, offering personalized service and recommendations.

  Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations, including assisting with customer inquiries or tasks outside of your regular responsibilities when needed.
• Compliance with Regulations:
  Adhere to any industry regulations and safety standards applicable to automotive parts and accessories.
• Sales Reporting:
  Maintain sales records and reports for management, including tracking sales performance against targets.
• Problem Solving:
  Assist customers in resolving any issues or complaints, working to ensure customer satisfaction.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Employer that are reasonable and consistent with the Employee's position as Salesman.

• Diploma in automotive technology, motor mechanics or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience working in automotive company or related field.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Product knowledge of automotive parts.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Computer literacy (POS and inventory systems).
