Sales Order Management Specialist

Our client, based in Pinelands, is looking for a Sales Order Management Specialist to join their dynamic team.

You will be required to fulfil the following duties:

• Look after all sales orders for B2B, Website, and Telesales Team
• Allocate stock to sales orders and Invoice orders out accordingly
• Ensure that all invoiced goods are in the delivery section for the drivers on a daily basis
• Help the storeman with stock takes once a month
• Send ETA report to buyers on a weekly basis
• Keep salespeople up to date with all ETA's

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with good telephonic skills.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and within a team.
• Strong numeracy skills –ability to accurately and efficiently perform basic calculations such as (e.g., add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
• At least 2 years’ experience in Sales Order Management
