Aftersales Manager – Automotive (Hoedspruit

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an Aftersales Manager or Parts Manager role within a franchised motor dealership.
• Proven experience managing Parts and Service Departments.
• Strong knowledge of dealership operations, OEM standards, warranty administration, workshop management, and parts inventory control.
• Experience driving aftersales revenue, workshop performance, and parts sales.
• Strong leadership, financial, organisational, and communication skills.
• Computer literate with dealership management system experience.
• Valid Code 8 driver's licence.
• Previous Suzuki dealership experience will be advantageous.
