Location: Brakpan
Salary: R40 000 CTC to R50 000 CTC per month

Our client is seeking a capable and hands‑on Internal Sales Supervisor to manage our internal sales office and ensure efficient, compliant, and customer‑focused operations. The successful candidate will supervise a team of internal sales staff and the receptionist, act as the escalation point for customer queries, and ensure the integrity of pricing, stock controls, and CRM data.

This role is suited to a strong people manager with solid sales administration experience and a high level of attention to detail.
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric); relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in internal sales, sales administration, or customer service

Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience essential

Strong understanding of pricing controls, discounts, and sales processes

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills
