Area Sales Manager

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets within your designated area.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team goals.

• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.

• Manage sales operations within your assigned territory.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue objectives.

• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales staff.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience in a similar role.

• Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in engineering, industrial, or mechanical sectors is advantageous.

• Knowledge of local market dynamics and industry-specific challenges.

• A competitive salary in the range of R35,000 to R45,000 per month (Market-related, Negotiable).
