A well-known and highly respected independent motor group is seeking an exceptional New Car Sales Manager to lead the sales staff at its premium vehicle dealership based in Johannesburg South. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a highly experienced, commercially driven, and hands-on New Car Sales Manager who has a proven track record of operating in a fast-paced premium vehicle environment and consistently delivering outstanding sales results.

Job Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Sales Executive or New Car Sales Manager within a premium vehicle dealership
• Strong background in premium vehicle sales
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Commercially astute with excellent financial and operational management skills
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and reporting tools
• Valid driver’s licence
• Clear criminal record and sober habits
• Contactable references
