- The Sales Enablement Specialist will focus on the execution and day to day delivery of Sales Enablement initiatives that support thesales team
- You will be a key interface between Sales Enablement and the sales teams, providing practical, hands‑on support to ensure sales teams can access, understand, andapply enablement resources and is responsible for coordinating training delivery
- A significantcomponent of the role is frontline support for sales technologies andenablement tools, including Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and related sales platforms with a focus to assists sales teams with usage guidance and troubleshooting
- Youwill also contribute to continuous improvement by identifyingoperational pain points, gathering feedback from sales users, and supporting approved process improvements, automation initiatives, andenablement enhancements
- Through structuredreporting and feedback loops, you will support the measurement of enablement activity, including training completion, contentusage, and tool adoption, providing insight that helps refine and improveenablement delivery over time
- You posses National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Studies
- Minimum two to four years total professional experience, including at least one to two years in Sales Enablement and Sales Operations
- Strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Systems (Salesforce, Contract Lifecycle Management system; Customer Interaction Management) and Data analytics tools (Power BI)
- Experience in identifying and delivering digital solutions and automation is required
- Experience in asales or sales supporting functions is essential
- Demonstratedability to successfully lead cross-functional projects
