Regional Sales Driver

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Regional Sales Driver to cover the Benoni and surrounding areas. This unique role combines driving responsibilities with direct customer engagement, focusing on showcasing and delivering products to local businesses. You will be responsible for managing your route, maintaining inventory in your vehicle, and building strong customer relationships to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.

This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales, excellent driving skills, and a proactive approach to customer service, contributing significantly to the company's market presence in the region.

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver products and meet with clients in the Benoni region.
• Actively promote and sell products to existing and potential customers during delivery stops.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels within the vehicle and manage stock replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collect payments and ensure accurate record-keeping for all sales and deliveries.
• Identify new sales opportunities and report market feedback to the sales team.

• Valid Code 10 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, combined with driving experience.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on the road.
• Knowledge of the Benoni and surrounding areas is an advantage.
