Ons kliënt is op soek na ’n resultaatgedrewe Hotel Verkope Bestuurder om hotelinkomste te laat groei deur nuwe sakegeleenthede te ontwikkel, sterk verhoudings met reisagente en toeroperateurs te bou, en verkoopsgeleenthede in bevestigde besprekings om te skakel.

Die rol fokus op die posisionering van die be stemming as ’n luukse gasvryheidsaanbod in plaaslike en internasionale markte, met spesifieke fokus op hotelverblyf, groepe, eksklusiewe gebruik en hoëwaarde-gaste.

Jy sal nou saamwerk met Besprekings, Inkomste, Bemarking en Operasionele spanne om verkoopsdoelwitte, besetting en inkomste te optimaliseer.

Our client is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to grow hotel revenue through the development of new business opportunities, building strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators, and converting sales opportunities into confirmed bookings.

The role focuses on positioning the destination as a luxury hospitality offering in both local and international markets, with particular focus on hotel stays, groups, exclusive use and high-value guests.

You will work closely with Reservations, Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to achieve sales targets and optimise occupancy and revenue.

• Ontwikkel en implementeer die hotelverkoopstrategie om besetting en inkomste te verhoog.
• Bou en onderhou sterk verhoudings met plaaslike en internasionale reisagente, toeroperateurs, DMC’s, concierge-netwerke en luukse reisvennote.
• Verhoog die aandeel van agentebesigheid vanuit sleutelmarkte, insluitend die VSA, VK, Duitsland en Suid-Afrika.
• Beplan en woon handelskoue, roadshows, agentgeleenthede, webinars en verkoopsreise by.
• Reël en bestuur terreininspeksies, opvoedkundige besoeke en familiarisation trips.
• Verseker gereelde produkopleiding vir reisagente en verkoopsvennote.
• Identifiseer nuwe markte en verkoopskanale.
• Bestuur groepnavrae, eksklusiewe gebruik, spesiale geleenthede en ander hoëwaarde-verkope totdat dit aan die operasionele span oorhandig word.
• Werk saam met die Inkomstespan om verkoopsaktiwiteite op periodes met ’n behoefte aan addisionele besetting te fokus.
• Monitor en rapporteer oor verkoopsaktiwiteite, nuwe besigheid, agentproduksie en omskakelingskoerse.
• Ontwikkel jaarlikse verkoopsplanne vir sleutelmarkte en sleutelvennote.
• Verseker dat die produk, unieke ervarings en handelsmerk korrek in die mark verteenwoordig word.
• Doen mededingeranalise en monitor markneigings binne die luukse reis- en gasvryheidsbedryf.
• Develop and implement the hotel sales strategy to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, concierge networks and luxury travel partners.
• Increase agent business from key markets, including the USA, UK, Germany and South Africa.
• Plan and attend trade shows, roadshows, agent events, webinars and sales trips.
• Arrange and manage site inspections, educational visits and familiarisation trips.
• Ensure regular product training for travel agents and sales partners.
• Identify new markets and sales channels.
• Manage group enquiries, exclusive-use bookings, special events and other high-value sales until handover to the operational team.
• Work with the Revenue team to ensure sales activities are focused on periods requiring additional occupancy.
• Monitor and report on sales activity, new business, agent production and conversion rates.
• Develop annual sales plans for key markets and partners.
• Ensure the product, unique experiences and brand are accurately represented in the market.
