Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (NQ4) is a minimum requirement, with a strong preference for a diploma or relevant tertiary qualification in Retail, Sales, or Marketing.
- A proven track record of 2-3 years in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, complemented by 1-2 years of experience in people management.
- Must possess a valid South African driver's license and own reliable transport.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer and data literacy, including intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
