CEO Macadamia Nuts

The company is a globally active trading and processing company of dried fruits.

For our subsidiary in Mpumalana/South Africa, we are currently looking for an exceptional candidate as CEO. The optimal candidate brings a few years of hands-on experience in the dried food or related commercial food sector.

You will be responsible for the P&L, and will be focused on the procurement,sorting/drying/packing and export of Macadamia nuts.

• Overall responsibility of the operation and P&L
• Determine and organize resources, workflow and processes to meet KPIs and deadlines
• Continue to build-up of our network within all stakeholders
• Formulate and achieve business objectives

• University degree (Business/Admin., Engineering)
• Minimum 5 yearsof work experience in the food / commodities or related industries
• Outgoing personality

• Excellent communication and trading skills
• Fluent in Africaans, English
