, and we are looking for a Locksmith & Installation Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for planning field installations, managing service calls, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers, technicians, and sales teams
.
- Plan and coordinate all field installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Provide quick turnaround on service calls, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with field technicians and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and coordinate job installations, including labor allocation and logistics.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and end-users, particularly in the residential, healthcare, retail, and commercial sectors
. - Ensure all installations meet high security and quality standards, adhering to industry best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, dispatch technicians, and manage installation schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to streamline order processing and customer expectations.
- Manage job folders, order parts, and update project details in the company’s system.
- Conduct site inspections and field measurements before installation.
- Participate in project take-off meetings and customer interactions to ensure smooth implementation.
- Support technicians by providing product knowledge and troubleshooting assistance.
- 5+ years of experience in locksmithing, field installation, or access control solutions.
- Project management experience in construction, security systems, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills—able to handle multiple projects at once.
- Customer service-focused mindset, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on technical skills—knowledge of smart locks, access control systems, and security technology is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift 75+ lbs to assist with installations and equipment handling.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends if required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
. - Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to installation sites when needed.
