Are you a hands‑on Maintenance Technician with solid industry experience and a desire to build your future in Europe?

We are looking for motivated technicians who want to relocate to the Netherlands and work in industrial environments
, maintaining and troubleshooting complex machinery.

This role is industrial‑focused.

As a Maintenance Technician
, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of industrial machinery and production equipment. Your tasks include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machines
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic faults
• Working on production lines, heavy machinery, and/or industrial installations
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Reporting maintenance activities and contributing to continuous improvement
• Ensuring all work is performed according to safety regulations and procedures
• Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams
• PLC knowledge is a big plus!

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• 1–5 years of hands‑on experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial environment
• Red Seal certification in one of the following trades:
• Millwright
• Electrician
• Mechanical Fitter & Turner
• Proven experience working on machines and industrial systems
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Motivation to relocate and build a long‑term career in the Netherlands

• 1‑2 year contract (40 hours/week) with the possibility of permanent employment.
• Monthly gross salary: 4.357,00 + shift allowance
• 25 paid vacation days + paid public holidays.
• Holiday allowance of 8.33%, paid annually in May.
• Travel reimbursement: €0.23/km.

• First housing arranged and upfront payment of rent/deposit if needed
• €1,500 - €3,000 net relocation bonus
• Pick‑up on arrival and onboarding support (bank, BSN, insurance, etc.)
• Work permit and visa assistance (if applicable).
• Team onboarding events and community support.
