Responsibilities- Day to day maintenance and general DIY around the building.
- Having a trade skill i.e. joinery , plumbing , electrical , is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
- Must enjoy decorating and day to day maintenance of buildings.
- Must have full driving license own transport and Tools.
This role will be subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
Skills- Excellent organisational and co-ordination.
- A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently.
- Must own a vehicle - non negotiable
- On-site parking
