Technical Junior Site Supervisor

Job Purpose

To supervise and coordinate technical teams on‑site, ensuring that installations, maintenance, repairs, and projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and client standards.

• Supervise daily site operations and technical staff.
• Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
• Allocate tasks and manage staff productivity on‑site.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues or risks.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and management regarding project progress.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Compile site reports, attendance registers, and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems on‑site.
• Train and guide junior technicians and site staff where required.

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Relevant technical qualification or trade certificate.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a technical or supervisory role.
• Experience supervising teams on‑site.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, reporting systems, emails).
