Responsibilities
Waste Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
• Operate and maintain the WWTW on a daily basis
• Perform routine checks, chemical dosing, sludge removal, and strainer cleaning
• Monitor effluent quality (pH, COD, TSS) to ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on pumps, valves, and DAF system
Ammonia Plant (Refrigeration)
• Monitor and maintain the Ammonia refrigeration system
• Perform preventive maintenance on compressors, evaporators, condensers, and associated equipment with GEA
• Monitor system pressures, temperatures, and oil levels
• Ensure compliance with Pressure Equipment Regulations (PER) and safety standards
Air Compressors
• Maintain all air compressors and drying systems with (Supported by Ingersoll Rand)
• Perform daily checks, oil changes, filter replacements, and drain traps cleaning
• Monitor air quality and pressure to support production lines
• Troubleshoot and repair air leaks and compressor faults
Boilers & Steam System
• Maintain steam boilers and associated equipment
• Conduct daily water treatment checks, blowdowns, and safety valve testing
• Monitor steam pressure, temperature, and fuel consumption
• Ensure compliance with boiler regulations and safe operation
Facilities & General Utilities
• Maintain factory utilities including water supply, drainage, HVAC, and lighting systems
• Carry out planned and breakdown maintenance on utility equipment
• Support energy efficiency initiatives (electricity, water, and gas usage)
• Ensure all utility areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards
