Electrician
Location: Vereeniging
Salary: R28 800
CTC
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
- Electrical Qualification (Red Seal, Trade Test)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing/engineering/maintenance environment
- Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings
- Ability to evaluate work output according to standards and specifications
- Own reliable transport (essential)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in English – ability to read, write, and communicate effectively at all levels
- Punctual and reliable (essential)
- Perform maintenance of equipment, including planning and spares control
- Attend to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance as required
- Execute preventative maintenance activities to the required standards
- Conduct equipment checks, adjustments, and performance monitoring
- Assist with electrical upgrades, new installations, and improvements
- Ensure safety objectives are achieved
- Follow technical drawings and work instructions accurately
- Comply with Health & Safety standards across all areas of responsibility
