Key Responsibilities     ramming, installation and maintenance of PABX systems /p  /li    uct site survey before installations /p  /li    bleshooting on PABX /p  /li    iguration of ADSL, VoIP, WIFI, 3G routers /p  /li     up of IP PBX VoIP network /p  /li     Trunks and VOIP installations /p  /li    allations and troubleshooting of cabling infrastructure /p  /li    e Over IP network maintenance /p  /li    ectivity - Fiber, Microwave links and LTE /p  /li     cabling and voice cabling /p  /li    iguration of voicemail, auto attendant, spnet, least cost routing(LCR), ring plans as well as voice and data integration /p  /li    e and Data integration /p  /li    bleshooting in a networking infrastructure /p  /li    uct fault finding analysis /p  /li     completion of full installation, handover must be completed with the client/customer /p  /li     to date with H&S regulations and SOP’s /p  /li    unicate with customers to explain problems and procedures with the equipment /p  /li    onsible for all boot stock allocated to you /p  /li     ensure that the Service Coordinator is given accurate information relating to service calls and installations /p  /li     complete all necessary paperwork relating to your job and to ensure that it is presented in an accurate manner and on time.
