Macsteel VRN Gauteng requires a suitably qualified and experienced Maintenance Technician. The role is responsible for technical maintenance support, machinery repair and commissioning, equipment inspections, shutdown maintenance planning, compliance with safety and operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Suitable candidates Candidates must be a qualified Millwright or Electrical Artisan, and have 5 years’ relevant experience, including hands-on PLC systems, wiring, and technician-level supervisory exposure.
Crane, forklift, working at heights, and fall arrest certifications are essential, while a Certificate of Compliance would be advantageous.
