Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician II to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep across the community. This role requires HVAC certification and a working knowledge of routine repairs.
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner, ensure service requests meet Hawthorne standards, and repair vacant apartments for the next move-in.
