We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated IT graduates to join our team as Trainee Technicians. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry while developing your technical skills. As a Trainee Technician, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems and services.
Responsibilities- Under the supervision of a Senior Technician, the individual handles customer problem-solving, operation, maintenance, local installation, and start-up support for pre-assembled products
- They deliver site reports, job cards, travel expenses, and stock reports, ensuring compliance with SHEQ rules and regulations
- They perform safety inspections, use PPE correctly, and report unsafe conditions on site
- Grade 12
Recent IT graduate with A+ and N+ certification/ similar certification
Willing to attend to compulsory training
Flexibility to travel up to 75% of time is essential
Willing to work standby and night shift hours
Valid driver’s license
