• Provide expert advice and strategic planning for crop production, pest management, and soil fertility to clients.

• Stay current with agricultural research, new technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the industry.
• Conduct remote consultations via video calls, phone, and email to address client needs and challenges.

• Master's degree or PhD in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or a related agricultural science discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in agricultural consulting, research, or direct farm management.
• Broad knowledge of various crop types, farming systems, and regional agricultural challenges.
• Proven ability to analyze complex agricultural problems and provide practical, evidence-based solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with agricultural software, data analysis tools, and virtual communication platforms.
