About the Role

Our client is seeking motivated individuals to embark on a career as an Apprentice Carpenter in Klerksdorp . This apprenticeship program provides foundational training in all aspects of carpentry, from framing to finishing. You will work on construction sites, learning essential skills under the supervision of experienced carpenters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a keen eye for detail, and is looking to build a sustainable career in the construction industry.

• Assist experienced carpenters with site preparation, layout, and construction tasks.
• Learn to measure, cut, shape, and install building materials such as wood, drywall, and fixtures.
• Participate in the construction of foundations, walls, floors, and roofs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working condition.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all construction site safety regulations.

• Valid South African identification and eligibility for apprenticeship programs.
• Strong interest in carpentry and construction trades.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor.
• Basic understanding of tools and building materials is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from supervisors.
