Installation Technician - Hybrid Model

Our client is seeking a skilled Installation Technician for a hybrid role based in Benoni . This position involves performing physical installations of equipment and systems, complemented by remote configuration and support. You will be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards, utilizing both hands-on skills and remote diagnostic tools. • Perform physical installation of hardware, equipment, and systems at client locations.
• Conduct initial configuration and testing of installed systems.
• Provide remote support and troubleshooting for newly installed or existing systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure correct installation.
• Document installation progress, issues encountered, and resolutions in the service management system.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to schedule and coordinate installation activities.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company installation standards.

• Experience in equipment installation, maintenance, or a related technical field.
