About the Role

Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Millwright to join their manufacturing operations in Klerksdorp . This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and continuous operation of complex industrial machinery. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This position demands a high level of technical expertise, diagnostic skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and processing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems according to schedules.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex machinery faults, utilizing various diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints , schematics, and technical manuals for repair and installation procedures.
• Perform welding, grinding, and basic machining tasks as required for repairs and fabrication.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures during maintenance and repair activities.

• Certified Millwright with a relevant trade qualification (e.g., N3 or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance and repair.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Experience with welding and machining equipment is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
