Afrimat Lyttelton, based in Centurion has a vacancy for a:## Boilermaker/ Welder#####

Minimum Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent technical qualification
* Qualified Boilermaker/Welder (Trade Test Certificate).
* 2–3 years' experience in either Boilermaking or Welding.
* Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG/TIG/Arc).
* Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety standards
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Basic computer skills
* Medically fit in terms of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
* Valid unendorsed driver’s license
* Own reliable vehicle##### Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
* Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and equipment according to specifications
* Perform welding using MIG, TIG, and/or Arc welding techniques as required
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
* Cut, shape, bend, and weld metal components to required tolerances
* Conduct routine and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment
* Carry out quality checks and inspections on completed work
* Carry out fitting work
* Complete work orders/job cards as required using the relevant systems
* Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures on site##### Please send the following documents to apply:
