Our client is seeking a skilled Aircraft Engine Mechanic with a specialization in component repair to join their MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility in Nelspruit. This role is integral to ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of aircraft engines through expert maintenance and repair of engine components. You will work with advanced diagnostic tools and adhere to strict quality control measures to uphold the highest standards of aviation safety and reliability.

- Perform detailed inspection, testing, and repair of various aircraft engine components.
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble engine parts according to manufacturer specifications and repair manuals.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment for precision repairs and measurements.
- Document all repair work, test results, and material usage accurately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex engine issues.
- Proven experience as an Aircraft Engine Mechanic , with a focus on component repair.
- Strong understanding of gas turbine engine theory and operation.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and engine repair tools.
- Knowledge of relevant aviation regulations and MRO procedures.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and repair data.
- Relevant trade certification or mechanical engineering qualification is essential.
