Our client is seeking a capable Field Operations Technician to support their operations in Nelspruit and surrounding areas within Mpumalanga . This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized systems and equipment at various client locations. You will be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's offerings, providing essential on‑site technical expertise and customer support.

This position suits an individual who is adept at hands‑on problem‑solving, comfortable with travel, and dedicated to delivering reliable service in a dynamic field environment.

• Install and commission new equipment and systems according to project specifications.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance and diagnostic checks to ensure equipment reliability.
• Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary repairs effectively.
• Test and verify system performance post-installation or repair.
• Maintain accurate service records and report on findings and completed work.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures during field operations.

• Previous experience in a field service, installation, or maintenance technician role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems relevant to the equipment.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to undertake travel within the Nelspruit region and province.
