Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Franschhoek
. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on individual with strong technical skills and experience maintaining swimming pools and related equipment.

Property: Luxury Hotel

Salary: R12,000 – R13,000 per month

Maintain and service swimming pools to ensure they remain clean, safe and in excellent condition.

Monitor and maintain pool filtration, pumps, chlorination and other related equipment.

Conduct regular water testing and ensure appropriate chemical levels are maintained.

Identify and troubleshoot equipment faults and arrange or carry out necessary repairs.

Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and chemical usage.

Ensure all pool areas and surrounding facilities meet the required cleanliness and safety standards.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental procedures.

Assist with general maintenance duties when required.

Previous experience in a pool maintenance or technical role
, preferably within a hotel, lodge or luxury hospitality environment.

Good knowledge of pool pumps, filtration systems and water treatment.

Strong practical and troubleshooting skills.

Reliable, responsible and able to work independently.

Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.

Ability to work flexible hours when required.

A valid driver's license would be advantageous.
