Electrical Installation Electrician

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Installation Electrician to join their team in Nelspruit . This role is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components in various commercial and industrial settings. You will be involved in everything from new installations to troubleshooting complex electrical faults, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of electrical principles, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship, supporting projects throughout Mpumalanga .

• Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and components according to relevant codes and standards.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine wiring layouts and installation requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures.
• Ensure all work complies with national electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other trades and construction professionals on project sites.

• Valid trade certification as an Electrician (e.g., Wireman's License) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance, preferably in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical theory, national electrical codes, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and manage time effectively.
