The Jetty restaurant, already an award‑winning concept, drifts out onto an extensive outdoor terrace, featuring luxury relaxation pods to take in the marina views. A further large open‑plan lounge provides the perfect setting for informal drinks and dining.

The hotel features Southampton’s most impressive events space – perfect for weddings and events with the capacity for up to 250 guests.

We have a superb opportunity for a waiter/waitress to join the restaurant team. As our waiter/waitress you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential.
