, you’ll help prepare for dining and event service, delivering memorable experiences for every guest. As an F&B Apprentice with Hilton, you’ll work toward a Level 2 Apprenticeship over 18 months. No prior experience needed – just a passion for hospitality.

• Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events.
• Delight guests by greeting warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring high service standards.
• Prepare tables precisely: set, arrange, fold napkins, and place tableware for dining and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, keeping work areas organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
• Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship programme.
• Work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
