I’m working with a growing, award-winning restaurant group with 7 sites across London and the West, and exciting expansion plans ahead. These are beautiful, full-service venues, often split across multiple floors, delivering exceptional food, standout drinks, and a premium but relaxed guest experience. It’s a group that genuinely cares about quality, standards, and creating something special in the market.

You’ll be working closely with the General Manager, helping lead from the front in a busy, high-performing environment, while developing your team and driving consistency across the business.

• Proven experience as an AGM within a quality gastro pub/restaurant groups
• Strong focus on service, standards, and guest experience
• A natural leader who develops, motivates, and brings the best out of people
• Financially aware and confident supporting with budgets and performance
• Highly organised, hands‑on, and leads by example
• Passion for hospitality – this is key

OTE £65/70,000 salary
